What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are final and we only accept returns and exchanges on damaged items. Damage includes holes, tears, broken hardware, and anything that would render the product unusable. If an item is out of stock and can't be exchanged, store credit will be issued. Returns and exchange can be made within 30 days after shipment. Items must be unused if they are to be returned. Made to order items can not be exchanged.

A lot of the products are fulfilled in different locations. Some here in the US, and some overseas. As soon as they are finished at their location, they are shipped to you. Some products are shipped out faster than others, but don't fret! All of your purchases will be sent to you.
